Remember Me – Love against Fate

June 19, 2022

Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) is an early-onset disorder that mostly occurs before the age of 65, but can begin earlier, and in 20–25% of cases onset is later.[8][14] It is the most common early presenting dementia.[15]
The International Classification of Diseases recognizes the disease as causative to disorder affecting mental and behavioural aspects of the human organism. Dissociation from family, extreme oniomania, vulgar speech characteristics, screaming, inability to control emotions, behavior, personality, and temperament are characteristic social display patterns.[16]
A gradual onset and progression of changes in behavior or language deficits are reported to have begun several years prior to presentation to a neurologist.[7]

I’m excited to be a part of this project, a short film aiming to raise awareness about FTD.

It’s truly an honour to have been asked and quite a challenge a head of me. The shootings will take place the second half of July and until then I’m switching between Donna Elvira and researching and preparing to embody a young woman living her best life when getting very, very sick.

It’s a slightly scary and very interesting undertaking.
